WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE TOUR?
You will be picked up just outside of the Costa Maya cruise ship terminal, please follow instructions shown in the following link:

We will drive for about 50 minutes to the archeological site of Chacchoben. There, you’ll take a tour leaded by a professional guide that lasts 1.5 hours. We will walk in the jungle to explore and learn about the different structures of the mayan site such as: Temple 24, Plaza B, Gran Plaza, Gran Basamento, Los Gemelos, Las Vasijas and Templo Uno.
This excursion also offers the possibility to learn about local plants and observe some species of local fauna, including birds and spider monkeys.
This adventure keep going by passing through the charming town of Pedro Santos, also known as the pineapple town, for its delicious and succulent honey pineapple, one of a kind. Enrich yourself with fascinating information on local history and culture and many pineapple secrets.

Start time: This excursion is especially planned to meet cruise ship schedules so meeting time mainly depends on your ship’s time of arrival, we generally give 20 to 30 minutes to get to our meeting point once the ship has docked and has opened the doors for people to get off. Your driver and guide will be waiting for you with a sign with the logo of Chac Ek Costa Maya.
